- Ability to work 24x7 and manage incidents
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for BSS applications.
- Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with multiple teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct reconciliation activities between applications.
- Validate billing information for accuracy.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents and provide updates.
- Coordinate service requests with business owners.
