  • Provide technical support for BSS applications.
  • Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise with multiple teams for issue resolution.
  • Conduct reconciliation activities between applications.
  • Validate billing information for accuracy.
  • Handle P1/P2 incidents and provide updates.
  • Coordinate service requests with business owners.
