Responsibilities

Provide technical support for BSS applications.
Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with multiple teams for issue resolution.
Conduct reconciliation activities between applications.
Validate billing information for accuracy.
Handle P1/P2 incidents and provide updates.
Coordinate service requests with business owners.
