Responsibilities

  • Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support.
  • Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
  • Coordinate activities to identify and rectify problems.
  • Assist in investigation of complex user-reported issues.
  • Support testing, installation, and deployment of applications.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on applications.
  • Monitor service level dashboards and perform daily health checks.
