Responsibilities
- Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support.
- Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
- Coordinate activities to identify and rectify problems.
- Assist in investigation of complex user-reported issues.
- Support testing, installation, and deployment of applications.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on applications.
- Monitor service level dashboards and perform daily health checks.
