Core Requirements
- University Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance and Accounting.
- 5-6 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in a shared services environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely submissions of financial reports.
- Lead balance sheet reviews and drive completion of actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain client relationships and act as escalation point.
- Monitor and improve KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct service review meetings with business partners.
- Guide team members in service delivery issues.
