- Lead CRIMS implementations and contribute to customer analysis
- Train users and ensure solution readiness post-implementation
- Develop sales presentations and execute proof-of-concept projects
- Provide product expertise during implementation projects
- Monitor customer requirements for potential enhancements
- Communicate defects to Client Support and Product Management
- Build effective relationships with clients and team members
