Responsibilities

Conduct detail-oriented requirement gathering sessions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and tech teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze existing processes for potential improvements.
Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
