Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
- 4+ years of experience in GRC, IT Audit, or Quality Assurance
- Experience managing audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like NIST and GDPR
- Certifications such as CISA or CISM are highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for external auditors and client audit teams.
- Conduct periodic internal mock audits to identify compliance gaps.
- Review active client engagements for compliance with Terms of Reference.
- Maintain an Obligations Register for key accounts.
- Audit monthly SLA reports for accuracy before business reviews.
- Implement documentation standardization and control.
- Draft and update internal operational policies to align with regulations.
