Core Requirements
- 8+ years in SOC or Incident Response
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Expertise in Incident Response lifecycle
- Knowledge of network protocols and cloud security
Responsibilities
- Establish standard operating procedures for detection and response.
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-severity incidents.
- Lead technical onboarding of new clients.
- Train and mentor initial analysts.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Build documentation and playbooks from scratch.
- Guide the team through crisis situations.
