Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Information Security
At least 3 years of experience in SOC and MSS environments
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms
Knowledge of Endpoint Protection technologies
Cybersecurity industry certification such as CEH or CHFI

Responsibilities

Handle security incidents in a 24x7 shift environment
Provide remediation recommendations to customers
Execute SOC playbooks to minimize incident impact
Escalate critical incidents to 3rd level support
Review and integrate 3rd party threat intel feeds
Prepare and present SOC monthly reports to customers
Develop SOC playbooks for L1 Security Analysts
