- Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Basic knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure adherence to timeboxes
- Support the team in self-management and cross-functionality
- Guide Scrum teams in planning and controlling their work
- Train teams in Agile tools and practices
