Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in sales training or HR L&D.
  • Experience in sales enablement in relevant sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing training programs.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs.
  • Create and maintain training materials and assets.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Develop skill certification processes and observation tools.
  • Measure training effectiveness via feedback and KPIs.
  • Support sales culture building initiatives.
