- 2+ years experience as an OTC Trader.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets.
- Ability to build client relationships.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in P&L management.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- Source liquidity and execute large-volume trades.
- Monitor global crypto markets for trading opportunities.
- Collaborate on developing OTC trading tools.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams.
- Provide tailored OTC solutions to clients.
- Manage the desk's P&L and ensure best execution.
