- University degree in economics or construction
- Minimum 2 years of project sales experience
- Knowledge of construction laws in Vietnam
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in English

- Identify potential clients and develop relationships
- Gather information about construction projects
- Consult on product solutions
- Prepare technical documents for proposals
- Conduct presentations for stakeholders
- Work with technical teams to provide competitive solutions
- Report market feedback to management
