- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Sell and upsell communication products and services.
- Proactively reach out to potential leads via multiple channels.
- Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
- Recommend solutions and provide product demos.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional communication style.
- Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service.
