Responsibilities

Manage the renewal pipeline and churn tracking
Build customer health scorecards and flag at-risk accounts
Monitor opportunity quality and forecasting accuracy
Track sales velocity and deal performance
Standardize reporting and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
Automate processes to improve operational efficiency
