Core Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in banking funding or financial services
  • Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and increase sales of banking funding products
  • Develop client acquisition strategies to meet KPIs
  • Recruit and lead a sales team of at least 15 members
  • Ensure team readiness through onboarding and coaching
  • Supervise daily team activities such as prospecting and reporting
  • Monitor individual and team performance with regular evaluations
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
