- Support customer acquisition and revenue growth through community initiatives
- Create and deliver community programs for member engagement
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and community members
- Identify and mitigate risks to community health and sales targets
- Produce metrics linked to community engagement and sales performance
- Foster a collaborative environment for customer acquisition
- Facilitate feedback collection from community members
