Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
- Ability to conduct market research
- Proactive and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential partners
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Communicate the value of the platform
- Assist in the onboarding process
- Track outreach efforts and follow up with leads
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales approaches
