Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience in sponsorship sales for TV shows and concerts.
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sponsorship revenue for programs and events.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sponsorship contracts.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Analyze sales effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Provide mentoring and training for junior staff.
  • Report on sales progress and forecast revenue.
  • Create proposals and sponsorship packages.
