Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime, or related fields
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Shipping / Forwarding / Logistics
  • Strong understanding of LCL/FCL cargo and freight operations
  • Existing customer base with good relationships with shipping lines
  • Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with new customers
  • Drive sales volumes and achieve targets
  • Build and execute sales strategies
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate shipments from origin to destination
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports for management
