- Experience in FMCG or B2B environments
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scorecards and KPIs for sales teams
- Oversee the integrity of sales data systems
- Lead analysis for customer rebates and sales forecasting
- Formulate sales targets and measure achievement levels
- Drive ad-hoc projects for system optimization
- Collaborate with IT and Finance for reporting tools
- Transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-making
