Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in FMCG sales back-office operations
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Familiarity with ERP software like SAP or Tally
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily orders from distributors and super stockists.
- Process sales orders and prepare proforma invoices.
- Maintain updated pricing schemes and discount lists.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and credit limits.
- Handle returns, shortages, and claims documentation.
- Manage communication between sales teams and distributors.
