Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in FMCG sales back-office operations
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Familiarity with ERP software like SAP or Tally

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily orders from distributors and super stockists.
  • Process sales orders and prepare proforma invoices.
  • Maintain updated pricing schemes and discount lists.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts for billing and credit limits.
  • Handle returns, shortages, and claims documentation.
  • Manage communication between sales teams and distributors.
