Core Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers.
- Direct customers to merchandise and inform them of promotions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
- Maintain store appearance and organization.
- Handle cash exchanges and manage the Point-of-Sales system.
- Complete inventory processes and ensure merchandise accuracy.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule and fulfill work assignments.
