Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- 0-2 years experience in Business Development or Marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define sales objectives by channel and product.
- Support expansion into new markets and sales channels.
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior.
- Develop sales forecasts and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure strategy alignment.
- Track market shifts and recommend strategic actions.
