- 4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Strong understanding of RPA platforms like UiPath and Power Automate
- Experience with incident management and ITIL processes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for live RPA projects.
- Monitor bots and troubleshoot incidents.
- Act as liaison between customers and development teams.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Manage incidents and changes according to ITIL guidelines.
- Maintain RPA support documentation and knowledge bases.
- Prepare technical reports and insights for management.
