- Process deposits and transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests
- Perform clerical functions as assigned
- Adhere to standard turnaround times for processing
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist in financial reconciliations
- Collaborate with junior officers for operational tasks
