Responsibilities
- Oversee room queue and guest communication
- Monitor room readiness and coordinate with departments
- Ensure smooth daily operations of Lobby & Concierge
- Respond to correspondences and maintain confidentiality
- Align service standards with Accor Values
- Prepare guest welcome and key cards
- Manage stationery inventory and Timesoft system
