As an RMC Controller, you will monitor and validate system events in a 24/7 Remote Monitoring Centre. Your role focuses on identifying and classifying safety and fatigue incidents through video monitoring.

Core Requirements
- Graduate in IT, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in service support or technical roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern.
- Strong data processing skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the OASWeb application for event classification.
- Review and validate fatigue and distraction events.
- Classify safety events according to established protocols.
- Communicate findings of incidents effectively.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training related to products.
- Adhere to protocols in a fast-paced monitoring setting.
