Core Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Audit or Operational Risk
- Good understanding of WM business procedures
- Knowledge of SG & HK Regulatory requirements
- Professional certification in Compliance or Operational Risk
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal controller under the OPC framework.
- Perform Key Surveillance Points (KSP) controls.
- Gather and analyze data from internal stakeholders.
- Assess the quality of internal processes and procedures.
- Investigate breaches in internal processes.
- Document control preparation and execution.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
