Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Risk Analysis.
- Knowledge in Risk Management.
- Experience with Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk identification and assessment across the company.
- Analyze data to identify trends and Key Risk Indicators.
- Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis.
- Prepare risk reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update the Risk Register.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct risk training and awareness programs for staff.
