Responsibilities
- Prepare renewal quotes and process changes.
- Track and update contract renewals in CRM.
- Serve as first contact for customer inquiries.
- Triage issues to Renewal Managers as needed.
- Maintain accurate renewal pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify gaps and improve workflows.
