Responsibilities

  • Publish job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Identify and shortlist candidates based on criteria.
  • Ensure candidates follow the application process.
  • Coordinate scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle.
  • Draft job descriptions for open roles.
  • Maintain candidate records including evaluations.
