Responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements on various platforms.
- Identify and shortlist candidates based on criteria.
- Ensure candidates follow the application process.
- Coordinate scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle.
- Draft job descriptions for open roles.
- Maintain candidate records including evaluations.
