Core Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in candidate management
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate sourcing and recruitment processes
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Negotiate salary packages with clients
- Maintain client and candidate records
- Provide market trends and recruitment reports
- Support clients in employer branding
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client vacancies
