Responsibilities

Develop and publish agent schedules based on forecasted volume
Monitor adherence trends and recommend schedule changes
Generate scheduling reports and variance analysis
Coordinate real-time schedule adjustments
Act as Officer-in-Charge during the Operations Manager's absence
Communicate operational updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline processes
