- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in hardware/electrical design engineering
- Technical capability in electronics and laboratory equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Support NPD and PLS, CC inquiries and execution
- Perform product validation and testing
- Implement design changes and maintain R&D lab equipment
- Assist in quality analysis and customer complaint resolution
- Conduct material alternative tests and evaluations
- Support production line issues and PCBA analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements
