- Familiarity with FM tendering processes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Analyze tender documents and specifications.
- Prepare quotations and tenders for bids.
- Provide cost estimates and breakdowns.
- Maintain registers of variations and claims.
- Assist in monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinate project budgeting and procurement.
