Core Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant experience in QS, preferably in Solar or M&E
- Strong cost control skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs
- Handle progress claims and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support contract administration and commercial documentation
- Manage variation orders effectively
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control
