Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities.
- Conduct quantity take-offs.
- Evaluate progress and final accounts from contractors.
- Assist in tender preparation and documentation.
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets.
- Analyze unit rates and update cost databases.
- Coordinate with teams to manage cost efficiency.
