Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs and project budgets.
- Conduct market analysis for competitive pricing.
- Oversee project cost control throughout its lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a vendor network.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews and implement measures.
- Ensure compliance with design and legal standards.
- Provide insights for cost efficiency in project delivery.
