- Lead end-to-end integrations for key trading teams
- Maintain clear API documentation and integration templates
- Provide technical support via Discord and direct channels
- Build and maintain SDKs and test tools
- Monitor system reliability and surface issues
- Channel user feedback into product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering on performance monitoring
