Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in a GMP environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 17025
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the quality control department
- Develop and review quality manuals and procedures
- Approve and validate testing processes
- Ensure product quality at all stages of production
- Conduct stability testing and maintain quality standards
- Train and evaluate quality control staff
- Prepare periodic reports on quality control activities
