Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic quality planning initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System.
  • Track KPIs and develop aligned quality processes.
  • Define process control mechanisms for stability.
  • Deliver training programs for new quality frameworks.
  • Oversee quality performance discussions with clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
