- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
- Over 10 years of experience in quality management
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team management and project management
Responsibilities
- Lead the site quality function and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage quality control of raw materials and finished products.
- Facilitate customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain a quality management system.
- Conduct training needs assessments for staff development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate on HSE&S and Process Safety Management improvements.
