- Monitor the integrated management system according to ISO standards.
- Conduct internal and coordinate external audits.
- Manage complaint processes and ensure effective resolution.
- Plan and execute quality assurance in global sourcing projects.
- Support Kaizen initiatives within the organization.
- Lead and manage the Quality Management department.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
