Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering.
5+ years of experience in QC/QA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools.
Experience in ceramic industries.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal QMS audits and document reviews.
Support cross-functional teams with quality improvement initiatives.
Lead and participate in Failure Cost Reduction projects.
Handle customer complaints and collaborate with After Sales Service.
Investigate complaints and audit findings to identify root causes.
Track corrective actions using 4Q / A-PDCA methodology.
Organize monthly Voice of Customer meetings.
