- College degree or higher
- Experience in retail or related fields
- ISO and HACCP certification
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
Responsibilities
- Manage quality assurance and food safety issues
- Plan inspections and evaluate products
- Update QA processes and regulations
- Train staff on food safety standards
- Report to the Line Manager
- Analyze inspection results
- Implement corrective action plans
