Core Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Science
  • 3 to 5 years of KYC experience
  • Familiarity with risk-based KYC principles
  • Experience with screening tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality review of customer files.
  • Provide resolution for QA disagreements.
  • Create error logs and identify knowledge gaps.
  • Report on quality aspects and error severity.
  • Provide weekly updates on quality observations.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
  • Track and review QA observations with management.
