Core Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Science
- 3 to 5 years of KYC experience
- Familiarity with risk-based KYC principles
- Experience with screening tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities
- Perform quality review of customer files.
- Provide resolution for QA disagreements.
- Create error logs and identify knowledge gaps.
- Report on quality aspects and error severity.
- Provide weekly updates on quality observations.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
- Track and review QA observations with management.
