Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in procurement
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies for the shipyard
  • Build relationships with suppliers to meet quality and cost expectations
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on shipyard requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for material receiving
  • Monitor consumption patterns and forecast material needs
  • Manage and mentor the purchasing team
