  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least six months of experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Identify and anticipate demand changes
  • Determine product quality and specifications
  • Monitor open purchase orders
  • Analyze inventory and perform spend analysis
  • Initiate purchase orders for inventory replenishment
  • Research and evaluate suitable suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
