Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in Procurement
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Ability to facilitate team meetings
  • Experience with SAP PR-PO conversion

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor accreditation process and risk assessment
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors through SAP
  • Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Coordinate with requestors and vendors via calls/emails
  • Create and report on SLA, KPI, and performance metrics
  • Resolve blocked invoices to facilitate payment processing
  • Assist in process improvements and quality measures
