Responsibilities
- Liaise with Corporate Audit for proposal audits
- Prepare and submit tenders with Proposals Specialists
- Coordinate workload with Proposal Manager
- Monitor proposal coordination activities
- Co-chair bid kick-off meetings
- Ensure bid inputs align with strategy
- Manage bid delivery meetings and review processes
